Big milestone for us - we’ve officially broken ground and site work has started at NOVI Maräng, our villa project in Kuta, Lombok.
The site is already active - with boundary walls going up, drainage and leveling work underway and the ground compacted to make future construction smooth and efficient. All of this is part of the first development stage, carefully planned so the villas can move straight into foundation work once they’re sold. It’s a big step forward - seeing ideas start to take shape in real life.
Why This Stage Matters
This first phase of construction is about laying the groundwork (literally) so that building the villas becomes faster and smoother going forward.
There are two main goals with this step:
- To show genuine progress is happening on-site - the kind of tangible work that builds confidence in the off-plan villa investment in Lombok.
- To shorten the overall delivery timeline - which means the villas will be completed faster once the build phase begins.
It’s also a clear signal that the project has moved from planning into reality and that Kuta, Lombok’s property market is moving with it.
